We're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who thrives on helping clients achieve business growth. You believe in a holistic approach to developing integrated marketing strategies that are built to deliver ROI across owned, earned and paid media channels. You are innately curious, data-driven and an exceptional communicator. You know all the latest trends in digital marketing and can anticipate the next big thing. You connect the dots for clients and partner with the rest of our project team to deliver successful, end-to-end digital marketing services.

What you will do:

  • Own the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that are the backbone of achieving ROI and overall business growth for our clients.
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions with client stakeholders to identify business goals and key initiatives.
  • Leverage data insights to inform digital marketing strategies, KPIs and roadmaps.
  • Perform digital marketing audits (SEO, Analytics, Social, Email, UX, etc.) to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand the client’s digital positioning and market share.
  • Map customer journey to uncover gaps and opportunities in paths to connect, engage and convert target audiences.
  • Develop integrated content calendars across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Own digital marketing execution, monitoring and management across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Create SEO content built to expand reach, convert and support the overall digital experience. You’re not just focused on keywords.
  • Lead monthly reporting meetings to review actions, insights and optimization opportunities with clients.
  • ​​Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness and lead our overall approach.
  • Own internal TAG marketing initiatives to grow qualified lead generation.

What you should have:

  • 6+ years of experience leading digital marketing efforts within a digital-focused agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism or digital communications.
  • Experience leveraging a variety of digital tools for data inputs and analysis like Google Analytics, SEMRush, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
  • CRO and Shopify experience a strong bonus.
  • Proven track record showing successful projects.
  • Ability to work well with high-level direction.
  • Ability to meet fast-turnaround deadlines.
  • Charisma to drive client engagement and positive attitude.
  • Great communication skills -- you know how to get your point across to anyone who will listen, and your passion and enthusiasm motivate your colleagues to innovate.
  • The ability to roll with anything -- moving targets, competing commitments, bring them on. You don’t just survive in fast-paced environments, you thrive in them.
  • Knowledge of current trends in culture as well as digital marketing.
