Exceptional work begins with exceptionally talented people. We are looking for a recruiter that will be responsible for finding these people. That means using both traditional and non-traditional methods to find and engage candidates who are the best at what they do.

Your day to day will include:

  • Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and other Department Heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Establish the job description and hire criteria in partnership with the Department Heads.
  • Source, screen and present applicants to Department Heads for multiple departments, including Creative, Project Management and Engineering for both full-time and contract positions.
  • Describe job opportunities and answer candidates' questions.
  • Schedule and administer the interview logistics between key team members and the candidates.
  • Provide all interviewers with a copy of resume/work samples link/LinkedIn profile from candidate.
  • Obtain post interview assessment from interviewers and provide respectful and timely feedback to active candidates.
  • Drive the recruitment process from beginning to end.
  • Manage recruitment process and candidate workflow through platforms like BreezyHR and LinkedIn.
  • Provide candidate status reports to the Chief People Officer and Department Heads on a daily basis.
  • Work with the Chief People Officer and Department Heads on negotiating offers.
  • Additional recruiting support responsibilities, as needed.

  • Understands web development agency skillsets.
  • Works with a sense of urgency and can produce quality work in an incredibly fast-paced environment.
  • Is an expert communicator with great interpersonal skills.
  • Can easily adapt to quickly change priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Has experience interacting with all levels of management.
  • Is incredibly detail oriented and organized.
  • Works well with remote teams.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of high volume recruiting experience, preferably for a digital-focused agency
  • Experience effectively supporting recruitment candidates for all position levels in an organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Available to start immediately at 20 hours a week, with the possibility of extended hours as needed.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
